These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Morra (“Morra,” “we,” “us,” “our”), including the website and any related services (the “Service”). By accessing the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1) Early Access / Service Status

Morra is publicly accessible and in active development (“Early Access”). Features may change, break, or be removed at any time.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3) Accounts

You’re responsible for your account activity and keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us.

4) Your License to Use Morra

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial viewing.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • copy, record, redistribute, scrape, or republish films or the Service unless you have explicit permission;
  • bypass access controls or interfere with the Service;
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • abuse reporting tools or submit fraudulent reports;
  • post content that is harassing, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise harmful to others.

6) Content and Availability

Morra may include public-domain titles and films made available with permission from filmmakers/rights holders. Content availability can change at any time, including removal upon request or due to rights/technical reasons.

7) Third-Party Services

Some playback or features may rely on third parties (for example, video hosting/embedding providers). Those services may have their own terms and policies, and Morra is not responsible for third-party outages or behavior.

8) Termination

You can stop using Morra at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed for safety, security, or operational reasons.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Morra disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Morra’s total liability for any claim will not exceed $50 or the amount you paid Morra in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

11) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll post an updated date on this page. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
